Shipping and Return Policy
You may return some unused items purchased at www.iemra.com within 10 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of $10. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Membership fees are non-returnable and non-refundable

Please be advised that credit card fees charged to IEMRA will be deducted from the total amount to be returned to the consumer.
Payment for goods and services ordered must be received online or by telephone. Only money orders, cashier’s cheques, PayPal, credit or debit card orders will be processed. Cash and Personal Cheques will not be accepted. If payment is not received and successfully processed within a 10-day time frame the goods and services ordered will not be mailed to the purchaser.
We accept money orders, cashier's cheques, PayPal, and credit or debit cards for payment. For faster processing, please use PayPal, credit or debit cards to remit payment.

Shipping is free of charge. All orders are shipped via UPS mail with insurance and tracking.
Other shipping methods are available upon request; however, appropriate shipping fees will be paid by the consumer. We will not be responsible for loss of or damage to your purchase.
International Shipping Information is available upon request.
We will ship international orders when payment is made and processing is completed via a verified PayPal account, credit or debit card.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of your purchase.
Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within three days of the delivery confirmation date and in unused condition.
A full refund of the purchase price will be made promptly upon our receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping if you have used an alternative shipping method. If you use our standard shipping method and goods are damaged during shipping, we will replace them when you return the damaged items to us, at our cost, using the UPS.
All returns must be shipped fully insured. You must notify us of any return within 3 days of receipt of your order so that we will be expecting your package.
We do not refund credit card fees; they will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. There is a $10. re-stocking fee for all returns.
